Before Your Treatment

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, changing, and a refreshing shower.
Spa access begins at check-in.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened or missed session.
Please complete the intake form you received via email before arrival to ensure a smooth experience.

Cancellation & Booking Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment incur no fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a $50 rescheduling fee per service.
Full payment due at time of reservation with a valid credit or debit card.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients are permitted a maximum of two (2) reschedules per booking, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

First Reschedule (48+ Hours Notice): One (1) complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested more than 48 hours before the appointment.
Second Reschedule (48+ Hours Notice): A $50 fee per service applies to a second rescheduling request, even if made with more than 48 hours' notice.
Late Reschedule (24 to 48 Hours Notice): Any rescheduling request made within this window (first or second) incurs a $50 fee per service.
Last-Minute Reschedule (Less than 24 Hours Notice): Any reschedule requested with less than 24 hours' notice incurs a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
The Limit: After two reschedules, no further changes are allowed. Any additional request to change the appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and all original payments will be forfeited.
