Incorporation by Reference – General Terms of Use
The Fusion Spa & Resort General Terms of Use are hereby incorporated by reference into these Booking Terms & Conditions. By booking a reservation, entering the premises, or signing the walk-in intake form, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by both:
In the event of any conflict between these Booking Terms & Conditions and the General Terms of Use, the more specific booking, admission, and facility-related policies set forth herein shall govern with respect to spa admissions, reservations, and on-site conduct.
1. Confirmation of Booking
1.1. Upon completing your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email from Fusion Spa & Resort.
1.2. Guests are responsible for checking their email, including spam or junk folders, to ensure the confirmation has been received.
1.3. If a confirmation email is not received, it is the guest’s responsibility to contact the Resort to verify the booking status.
2. Age Policy
2.1. Fusion Spa & Resort welcomes minors sixteen (16) years of age or older when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2.2. All guests under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while on the Resort premises, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Resort.
2.3. Valid government-issued identification is required from all guests as proof of age upon entry.
2.4. A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of check-in.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Reservations must be cancelled or rescheduled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.
3.2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment are considered late cancellations and will be charged in full.
3.3. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
3.4. Reservations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for cancellation or rescheduling.
4. How to Cancel or Modify a Booking
4.1. Guests may cancel or modify their reservation online by navigating to the “Upcoming” tab under “Orders.”

5. Admission Timing & Access
5.1. Guests may only check in during their scheduled Daily Admission or booked time window.
5.2. Early check-in prior to the scheduled start time or entry more than four (4) hours after the booked admission window is not permitted.
5.3. Missed entry windows may result in denied access without refund or credit.
6. Pass Inclusions & Exclusions
6.1. Daily Admission passes do not include spa treatments, food, or beverages unless expressly stated in writing.
6.2. Additional services must be purchased separately and are subject to availability.
7. Drug, Alcohol & Smoking Policy
7.1. Fusion Spa & Resort is a drug-free and smoke-free facility.
7.2. Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco, cannabis, or any similar substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
7.3. Outside alcohol of any kind is strictly prohibited.
7.4. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased on-site and will only be served to guests presenting a valid government-issued ID.
7.5. Guests found in violation of this policy may be removed from the premises without refund, credit, or compensation.
7.6. Any guest found to be under the influence of alcohol or any other substance will be removed from the spa.
8. Shoe Policy
8.1. Fusion Spa & Resort promotes a barefoot wellness experience throughout spa areas.
8.2. Fusion Spa slippers are available for purchase at check-in.
8.3. Clean sandals with proper traction and non-slip socks are permitted for both indoor and outdoor spa areas.
8.4. Guests are advised that spa surfaces may be wet and should exercise caution at all times.
9. Phone, Camera & Privacy Policy
9.1. To protect guest privacy, phones, cameras, and recording devices of any kind are strictly prohibited in locker rooms and sauna areas.
9.2. Cell phones are permitted only in the Fusion Spa restaurant area.
9.3. Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

11. Robes, Glassware & Safety
11.1. Robes must be worn at all times in spa and restaurant areas.
11.2. No glass of any kind is permitted in non-designated Fusion Spa areas.
11.3. Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in removal from the premises without refund.
12. Personal Belongings
12.1. Guests are solely responsible for the care and security of their personal belongings while on the premises.
12.2. Fusion Spa & Resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
13. Damage to Resort Property
13.1. Guests are financially responsible for any damage, whether intentional, accidental, or due to negligence, caused to Resort property, equipment, or facilities.
13.2. The Resort reserves the right to seek reimbursement, including legal action if necessary.
14. Safety Compliance
14.1. Guests must comply with all posted safety signs, instructions, and directives provided by Resort staff.
14.2. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund and further action if warranted.
15. Intake Forms & Acknowledgment
15.1. Guests must accurately complete and sign all required intake and consent forms prior to using any services or amenities.
15.2. By signing, guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with spa and wellness activities and agree to abide by Resort policies.
16. Policy Enforcement & Right of Removal
16.1. Fusion Spa & Resort reserves the right to enforce all Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.
16.2. The Resort may deny entry or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or in violation of Resort policies.
16.3. Removal may occur without prior notice and without entitlement to refunds, credits, or compensation.
16.4. Legal action may be pursued when necessary to protect the Resort, its staff, and its guests.
17. Sauna Use & Equipment Protection
17.1. For safety and equipment preservation, guests are strictly prohibited from throwing, pouring, or splashing water or any liquid onto sauna ovens, heating elements, or sauna rocks unless expressly instructed or supervised by Fusion Spa & Resort staff.
17.2. Unauthorized creation of additional steam may cause serious damage to sauna equipment and poses a safety risk to guests.
17.3. Any guest found violating this policy may be immediately removed from the premises without refund and may be held financially responsible for any resulting damage, repair, or replacement costs.
18. Walk-In Intake & Mandatory Agreement Requirement
18.1. All walk-in guests are required to review, sign, and agree to the Fusion Spa & Resort Terms & Conditions, including all policies, safety rules, and disclosures, prior to entry into the Resort.
18.2. Entry into Fusion Spa & Resort is strictly prohibited until the intake form and Terms & Conditions acknowledgment have been fully completed and signed.
18.3. By signing the walk-in intake form, guests expressly acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Resort policies, including but not limited to safety rules, conduct requirements, liability waivers, and right-of-removal provisions.
18.4. Refusal to sign or comply with the intake and acknowledgment process will result in denial of entry without exception.
