Before Your Treatment

• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, changing, and a refreshing shower.
• Spa access begins at check-in.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened or missed session.
• Please complete the intake form you received via email before arrival to ensure a smooth experience.

Because our luxury treatment suites and licensed artisans are exclusively reserved for your session, service appointments are subject to highly strict operational boundaries. Full pre-payment is collected at booking. To protect therapist availability, a strict maximum cap of two (2) total modifications (reschedules or changes) applies to all service appointments.

Full payment is required at the time of reservation. By booking, you agree to the following strict terms:

• Advanced Notice (48+ Hours): Your first reschedule request is complimentary ($0) if made at least 48 hours in advance. A second reschedule request carries a mandatory $50.00 premium modification fee per service, regardless of advance notice.
• Late Notice (24 to 48 Hours): Any modification requested within this window incurs a flat $50.00 administrative fee per service.
• Last-Minute Notice (Within 24 Hours): Any cancellation or reschedule requested within 24 hours of your appointment time immediately voids any complimentary or flat-fee privileges. Regardless of your modification history, a last-minute change will forfeit 50% of the entire treatment cost (minimum baseline fee of $115.00–$120.00+ per room slot).
• Modification Cap & No-Shows: A third modification attempt or failure to arrive for your session results in immediate cancellation and 100% total forfeiture of all funds ($240.00+ completely lost). Unlike general admissions, therapeutic service bookings are strictly non-transferable to alternative guests.
• Important Safeguard: Once any service appointment has been modified or rescheduled, it is rendered permanently non-refundable and cannot be downgraded to an admission ticket to bypass fees. Reservations made within 24 hours of the target session are considered final sales.
