• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, changing, and a refreshing shower.
• Spa access begins at check-in.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened or missed session.

Cancellation & Booking Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment incur no fee.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a $50 rescheduling fee per service.
• Full payment due at time of reservation with a valid credit or debit card.
