Your Spa Pass unlocks a world of premium amenities, including the indoor pool, outdoor pools, jacuzzi, cold plunge, snow room, and a variety of unique saunas and specialty spaces: aroma steam room, foot hot stone sauna, Finnish aroma dry sauna, banya, infrared room, Pink Himalayan salt room, carbon-rich bath, silk bath, Ganbanyoku room, and a panoramic Finnish dry sauna. Continue your experience in the steam room or unwind in the heated marble hammam.

Spa Admission
Monday–Friday: Starting at $60 for up to 5 hours of access; $15 per additional hour.
Saturday–Sunday, including holidays: Starting at $75 for up to 5 hours of access; $15 per additional hour.
Early Bird Special (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–11:30 AM): $65 for up to 5 hours of access under the Early Bird rate. Guests must arrive before 12:00 PM; otherwise, an additional charge will apply.
Moonlight Spa Access (Mon–Fri, starting at 7:30 PM): $60 Enjoy discounted evening spa access and unwind in the tranquility of the night. Available to female guests only.
Access includes all rooms, pools, and saunas amenities.

Early Bird Special availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Walk-in admission is not guaranteed.
Guests who purchase an Early Bird ticket but arrive after 12:00 PM will be charged the difference up to the regular admission rate.

Booking & Modification Terms
Full payment is required at the time of reservation. To ensure operational fairness, all admission tickets are subject to a strict maximum cap of two (2) total modifications (reschedules or changes). Once this cap is reached, the booking cannot be modified further.
Standard Notice (More than 24 Hours): Your first reschedule request is entirely complimentary ($0). A second modification request incurs an additional 30% administrative fee per ticket.
Short Notice (Within 24 Hours): Any modification or cancellation requested within 24 hours of your arrival time immediately voids the complimentary first-time courtesy. Regardless of your booking history, a reschedule within this 24-hour window incurs a non-negotiable 30% fee ($25.92 Weekday / $30.78 Weekend per ticket), and cancellations incur a 50% fee.
Modification Cap Enforcement: If a third change is attempted, the reservation software will block the request. The ticket must be used on its locked date, transferred fully to a friend or family member, or forfeited entirely with zero refund.Important Safeguard: Once an admission pass has been rescheduled or modified down the timeline, it instantly becomes 100% non-refundable. Rate differences for moving from weekdays to weekends must be settled immediately; rate drops moving from weekends to weekdays are non-creditable.
