Before Your Treatment

• Arrive at least 30 minutes early for check-in, changing, and a refreshing shower
• Spa access begins at check-in
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened or missed session
• Please avoid heavy makeup before your appointment when possible
• Please complete the intake form you received via email before arrival to ensure a smooth experience.

Cancellation & Booking Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment incur no fee.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a $50 rescheduling fee per service.
