Before Your Treatment

Spa access begins at check-in
Late arrivals may result in a shortened or missed session
Please avoid heavy makeup before your appointment when possible
Please complete the intake form you received via email before arrival to ensure a smooth experience.

Cancellation & Booking Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment incur no fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a $50 rescheduling fee per service.
