Membership Benefits:
BILLING
Enrolling in the Harmony Monthly membership requires a mandatory minimum commitment of two full consecutive billing cycles. Your membership dues will be billed at the time of purchase and prorated for the first month based on the remaining days in the current monthly period. Following the prorated period, recurring automatic billing will occur on the first day of each calendar month going forward. By enrolling, you authorize Fusion Spa & Resort to automatically charge your card on file for all dues accrued during the mandatory commitment period and subsequent monthly cycles.
RENEWALThis membership automatically renews on a month-to-month basis until officially canceled. Members may submit a cancellation request at any time; however, the membership can only terminate after the completion of the first two full billing cycles, subject to the required notice period.
USAGEThis membership includes two credits per month that may be used for any Day Pass time slot. Membership credits are non-transferable and cannot be used to book appointments for guests. Additional Day Passes purchased by the member are strictly for the account holder's personal use and cannot be transferred to other guests or members. Furthermore, membership credits apply solely to resort admission and cannot be used toward specialty spa treatments, including but not limited to massage and Korean scrub services. As a valued member, you receive 20% off every additional Day Pass purchase, which will be applied automatically in your cart during checkout.
BOOKINGAll resort visits require an advance, confirmed booking using a membership credit, as facility entry cannot be guaranteed without a scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled outside of our standard 24-hour cancellation window will result in the immediate forfeiture of one membership credit. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will also result in the immediate forfeiture of one membership credit.
UNUSED CREDITSUnused credits are subject to a strict use-it-or-lose-it policy. Credits do not roll over into subsequent months, do not accrue over time, and expire automatically at the end of each monthly billing cycle. Credits hold no cash value, are solely for the enrolled member, and cannot be redeemed by any other individual’s booking.
OFFER TERMSFusion Spa & Resort reserves the right to modify or discontinue the membership program, structure, benefits, or pricing at its sole discretion. In the event of program discontinuation, members will be provided with 30 days’ advance written notice and will be permitted to complete one final billing cycle. In the event of a change in structural terms or monthly pricing, members will be notified in advance and may choose to continue under the new terms or cancel the membership.
CANCELTo cancel your membership, you must submit an email to service@fusionsparesort.com using the subject line "Cancel My Membership" and include your full first and last name, along with the statement: “Please cancel my membership.”
Cancellations require a 30-day advance notice and take effect at the end of the billing cycle following the conclusion of the notice period, during which your membership and resort access will remain active. If a cancellation request is submitted before the initial two billing cycles have been fully completed, the member remains legally and financially responsible for the full monetary balance of the 2-month commitment. The card on file will be charged for both mandatory months, and the membership will officially terminate only after the second billing cycle has concluded. No partial, prorated, or historical refunds will be issued for remaining days left in a billing period upon cancellation.
