BILLING
Membership commitment requires a minimum of two billing cycles. Your membership will be billed at the time of purchase and prorated for the first month based on the remaining days in the current monthly period. After the first month, the membership will be billed on the first of each month going forward.
RENEWAL
This membership automatically renews monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice after the first two billing cycles have been completed.
USAGE
This membership includes two credits per month that may be used for any Day Pass time slot.
Membership credits cannot be used to book guests. Additional Day Passes purchased are non-transferable to other guests or members.
Membership credits cannot be applied toward treatments, including but not limited to massage and scrub services.
As a valued member, you receive 20% off every additional Day Pass purchase. This discount can be applied directly in your cart during checkout.
BOOKING
All visits require a confirmed booking using a membership credit. Entry cannot be guaranteed without an appointment.
Appointments canceled outside of the 24-hour cancellation policy will result in the loss of one (1) credit.
No-shows will also result in the loss of one (1) credit.
UNUSED CREDITS
Unused credits are forfeited, do not roll over into subsequent months, and do not accrue over time. Credits are valid only for the monthly period in which they are issued and will expire thereafter. Credits are solely for the enrolled member and may not be transferred or used for any other individual’s booking.
OFFER TERMS
Fusion Spa & Resort reserves the right to discontinue the membership program and/or adjust membership terms or pricing at any time.
In the event of discontinuation, members will receive 30 days’ notice and may enjoy one additional billing cycle.
In the event of a change in terms or pricing, members will be notified and may choose to continue under the new terms or cancel the membership.

In the body of the email, please include:
- Your first and last name
- The statement: “Please cancel my membership.”
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your membership will remain active through the end of that cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing period unless otherwise determined by Fusion Spa & Resort at its discretion.
